Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using RevoVue, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. RevoVue is currently in beta — features may change and the service may have downtime.

2. The Service

RevoVue is an AI-powered photography feedback platform. You can upload photos, receive AI-generated feedback from Lumin (our AI critic), and participate in a community of photographers. The service is provided "as is" during beta.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• One account per person — do not create multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

4. Your Content

• You own your photos. Uploading to RevoVue does not transfer ownership.
• By uploading, you grant RevoVue a limited license to display your photos within the platform (community feed, profiles, collections) and to process them via AI for feedback.
• You may delete your photos at any time, which revokes this license.
• You must own or have rights to all photos you upload. Do not upload photos that belong to others without permission.

5. AI Feedback

Lumin's feedback is AI-generated and should be treated as a learning tool, not absolute truth. Scores and feedback are subjective interpretations by an AI model. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the feedback for any purpose.

6. Community Guidelines

When using RevoVue, you agree to:

• Be respectful to other photographers
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or NSFW content (use the NSFW toggle if your photo contains artistic nudity)
• Not harass, spam, or abuse other users
• Not attempt to manipulate scores or game the system
• Not use the platform for commercial advertising or solicitation
• Report content that violates these guidelines

We reserve the right to remove content and ban accounts that violate these guidelines.

7. Free & Pro Plans

RevoVue offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro tier with additional capabilities. Pro plan pricing, features, and terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. During beta, Pro features may be adjusted without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The RevoVue platform, including its design, code, Lumin character, and branding, is the intellectual property of RevoVue / Andreas Stehn. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

RevoVue is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on AI feedback. During beta, expect bugs and occasional downtime.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. For significant changes, we will provide notice via the platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsingborg, Sweden.
