Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free Pro trial upon registration. No payment information is required during the trial period. If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the free tier — no charges, no questions asked.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • Your account reverts to the free tier when the paid period expires.
  • Your photos, feedback history, and community data are preserved.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions ($2.99/month) are billed at the start of each billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the month you've already paid for.

4. Yearly Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions ($29.99/year) are billed once annually. If you cancel a yearly subscription within the first 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at revovue@stehn.com.

After the 14-day window, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. You retain access to Pro features until the end of your annual billing period.

5. Exceptions

We understand that things happen. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, or if there are circumstances we should consider, please reach out to us at revovue@stehn.com. We'll do our best to find a fair solution.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (for eligible yearly subscriptions), email us at revovue@stehn.com with your account email and the reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes via email.
